One place for your items, whether you work alone, with a few people, or with the AI tools you already use. List, board, calendar, comments and team chat. Connect your coding AI and it works the items alongside you.
Connect Claude Code to your workspace from Settings. From then on the item is where the work is asked for, done and reported.
Title, requirement, priority and a target date, the same as for a person.
It reads the item, makes the change in your code and writes what it did on the item: plan, files changed, tests run.
Read only, create and update, or everything. A new workspace starts on create and update, so the AI can work an item but not close it. Every action is recorded.
Your code stays on your computer. Terriloom receives only what the AI writes on the item.

Add Terriloom to Claude as a connector. Then ask what is due, what is blocked or what changed since yesterday, and Claude answers from your items.
Paste one address into Claude's connectors, sign in to Terriloom and tick what Claude may do.

Claude can add items and comments for you, by voice on your phone if you like. It asks before it changes anything.
Each person connects under their own account and sees only what they could see in Terriloom.

Everyone marks the days they are away. Terriloom sets that beside what is due, so work goes to someone who can take it.
Holiday, exam week, sick. Each person marks their own days in Settings, and an admin can mark anyone's.
Open a day in the calendar to see what is due, who is available and who is away.
Every name in Assign to shows that person's week: open, due, overdue and away. Pick someone who is away on the date or already has work due that week, and Terriloom tells you who is available. It never blocks you.
Available means not away and nothing open due that day. Shown when a workspace has two or more people.

Your data is private to your team, hosted in the EU, never sold or used to train AI, and yours to export or delete at any time. Connected AI tools work under your own account. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Yes. You pay once for a workspace and keep it. Nothing renews and nobody is charged per seat. Prices are in pounds.
Claude Code is what we build and test with. Other coding agents that run in your terminal should work the same way, since the connection is a key and a short instruction file. Setup takes a few minutes from Settings.
No. The AI runs on your own computer, in your own account. Terriloom receives only what it writes on the item: comments, status and progress.
Only within the access level you choose: read only, create and update, or everything. A new workspace starts on create and update, so the AI can work on an item but not close it. People who connect Claude choose their own permissions within that. Every action is recorded on the item.
Not yet. You can add items by hand, or connect Claude, give it your list and ask it to add them.
Only open items. Closed items never count, so your history is not capped. If you reach the limit nothing is deleted; close finished items to make room. The trial includes 100 open items. Files sent in chat are removed 90 days after they were sent; the message stays.
A workspace is your team: its people, roles, settings and AI connection. A project is one set of items with its own list, board, calendar and attachments. Add a project when the same team takes on another piece of work. Create a second workspace when a different team or client needs its own space.
Your workspace is locked, not deleted. Pay at any time and everything is restored as you left it.
The trial lets you use every feature before paying. Once a payment has been made it cannot be refunded.
You would hear from us well in advance, as soon as we knew, and export would stay open the whole time so you could take everything with you. Export is in Settings today, at any time, for any reason.
