The service
Terriloom is a web-based issue tracker for teams. "We", "us" and "Terriloom" mean the operator named at the bottom of this page. "You" means the person who creates an account and, where you create a workspace for a team, that team.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older and give a working email address, which you confirm before the trial starts.
- You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself; if you think someone else has it, change it in Settings or ask us to lock the account.
- The person who creates a workspace is its first admin. Admins invite teammates, set roles, and can remove people. Admins see every project in the workspace; everyone else sees the projects they are added to.
The trial
A new workspace may be used free of charge for 14 days with every feature and no payment details. During the trial a workspace holds up to 100 open items, 100 MB of attachments and 50 MB of files sent in chat, with a maximum of 5 MB per file. When the trial ends the workspace is locked: nothing is deleted, but nothing in it can be opened or exported until the workspace is purchased, after which everything is restored as it was. Export a copy before the trial ends if you want one.
The price
- A workspace costs £29, paid once. It includes one project, unlimited teammates, every feature, and every update we release. Nothing renews and there is no charge per user.
- Another project in the same workspace is £19, paid once. Another workspace is £29, paid once.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. The checkout shows the tax inside the price before you pay, and may show the amount in your own currency.
- In India a workspace is ₹1,999 and another project is ₹999, each paid once, with GST included.
- Payment is taken by our payment provider, which emails you a receipt.
- The payment is final. By paying you request that the paid service starts immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases therefore does not apply.
What a workspace holds
A purchased workspace holds, per project, up to 1,000 open items and 5 GB of attachments, with a maximum of 25 MB per file, and up to 500 MB of files sent in chat per workspace. Closed items do not count towards the open item limit. At a limit, existing data remains readable and editable; new items can be created again once others are closed or deleted. Files sent in chat are removed 90 days after they were sent; the message itself remains. Anyone can delete their own messages and the files in them at any time, and workspace administrators can remove files earlier in the chats they belong to.
Your content
- Everything you and your team put into Terriloom stays yours. We claim no rights to it beyond what we need to store it, show it to your team, back it up, and run the features you use.
- While the workspace is open, admins and business analysts can export its items as CSV, or items with attachments as a ZIP, from Settings.
- We access your content only to operate the service, to respond to a support request you make, or where the law requires. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models or for advertising.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful.
Acceptable use
You may not use Terriloom to store or share unlawful material, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited messages, to probe, overload or interfere with the service, to access workspaces that are not yours, or to resell access to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules.
Your coding AI
You may connect a coding assistant or other tool to a workspace with an access key created in Settings. The tool acts under that key with the permissions set by the workspace admin, and its actions are recorded on the item. You are responsible for what a tool does with a key you created. Revoking the key ends its access. You may also connect Claude through the Terriloom connector: it signs in as you and acts within the permissions you and the workspace admin choose, and disconnecting it in Settings ends its access.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and keep encrypted backups for 14 days, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided by email at hello@terriloom.com, from the support page in the app, and from Settings → Support requests, where you can read and answer our replies.
If Terriloom closes
If we discontinue the service, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email and keep the export available until the closing date. If the service is transferred to another operator, these terms and the privacy policy continue to apply and you will be told who the new operator is.
Ending your account
- You may close your account or workspace at any time by emailing us; we delete the data within 30 days. Export your data first if you want to keep it.
- We may close a workspace that breaches these terms.
- A trial workspace that was not purchased may be deleted after 12 months without a sign-in. A purchased workspace is not deleted for inactivity.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes, including to pricing for new purchases, will be notified by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. A workspace already purchased remains purchased. The date at the top shows when the terms were last revised.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and may bring a claim in your own courts.
